About Bucket Elevator Systems

Orthman's line of bucket elevators are designed to move flowing powders or bulk solids vertically with total reliability and precision. Orthman bucket elevators use an endless belt or chain with a series of specialized buckets or cups attached to it. From bulk material spread into an inlet hopper, the bucket elevator scoops it up and then lifts it up and over the head sprocket or pulley into a discharge throat.
